Marketing

We analyze market data and social media posts, and visit popular confectionery stores to gather information on trends in the overall confectionery and sweets market. We use this information to predict future prospects and send out information to our sales staff nationwide.
We also check the status of proposals made by our sales staff across the country on a weekly basis. From these, we create reports on those outstanding proposals that could be laterally deployed to other companies and pass them on to our sales staff nationwide. Through these activities, we have set in motion a cycle to improve our sales capabilities.

We reconstruct the information we gather on a daily basis from a fresh angle and formulate plans. We are always conscious of making proposals from the consumer's point of view. In addition to distributing proposals to sales staff, we often work with sales staff to make proposals to retailers.
In terms of marketing for B2C, we have opened an Instagram account and established owned media called Okashi to Watashi (Confectionery and Me). We have created a platform to directly communicate the appeal and fun of confectionery to consumers, and also use this platform to feed back the information we gain to create the next product or plan.

Based on gathered information on trends and feedback from sales locations, we conduct sales floor analysis and data analysis to gain insights into the situation and form hypotheses.

Put together a plan to solve the problem

We plan proposals to solve the target's problems based on the insights and hypotheses derived from research and analysis, while taking into account changes in the climate and social conditions, as well as consumer values.

Execution

Collaborate with sales staff to make proposals to clients

We create documents based on evidence that will support the adoption of the plan and distribute them to sales staff. Working together with sales staff, we make presentations to clients.

Verification

We analyze sales performance data, sales floor rollout status , and consumer trends to verify the results of our proposals, and then link them to the next proposal.
We work hard to improve our proposal capabilities by sharing successful cases within the company.
